Youth Building Bridges Program

Youth Building Bridges Program

Youth Building Bridges is a peacebuilding program that equips young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become active promoters of peace in their communities. The program strengthens youth understanding of the drivers of peace and conflict while building practical skills in dialogue, mediation, and non-violent communication. Through participatory learning, youth leadership development, and community engagement, Youth Building Bridges empowers young people to bridge divides, challenge harmful narratives, and contribute to inclusive, sustainable peace at the grassroots level.

Women for Peace and Dialogue Initiative

Recognizing the critical role of women in peacebuilding and their persistent underrepresentation in peace and decision-making processes, the Women for Peace and Dialogue Initiative is a community-based program that strengthens women's capacity to participate meaningfully in conflict resolution and peace processes at all levels. Grounded in dialogue, mediation, and restorative approaches, the initiative equips women with the skills, confidence, and platforms to address conflict constructively, bridge divides, and foster social cohesion. By supporting women as peace actors and leaders, the initiative contributes to inclusive and sustainable peace at the community level.
